Hi, my name is Missy, and I’m a beautiful 3-year-old Pomeranian with a fluffy white coat, a sweet face, and a heart that is finally ready to know what it feels like to be truly loved. 🐾🤍

My journey brought me to Max’s Ark Rescue after being rescued from a breeder. For a long time, my life was very different from the one I dream about now. I was part of a breeding world, where there wasn’t much opportunity to simply be a dog—to play, to cuddle, to feel safe, or to have someone call me their baby.

But that chapter is over.

Now I’m discovering all the little things that make life wonderful. A soft bed. A gentle voice. A warm lap. Someone who tells me I’m a good girl just because I exist. And oh, how I love knowing that I am finally safe. ❤️

I weigh about 11 pounds, and I’m a happy little girl who gets along with dogs and cats. I’m also spayed and up to date on my vaccinations, so I’m ready to start looking for my forever home.

I’m looking for an experienced adopter who understands that dogs like me may need patience and reassurance as we learn what life outside a breeder’s world is really like. I may need a little time to discover my confidence and understand that I don’t have to worry anymore.
