Hi, everyone! I’m Roscoe, a 1-2 year old Morkie with a tough past, but I’m ready for a bright future!

I was found as a stray, starving and filthy. My fur was so matted that it even attached my belly to my genitals—ouch! I only weighed 4.3 lbs, though I should have been 9-10 lbs. My family was found, but sadly, they were the ones who neglected me and left me to fend for myself on the streets. I was part of a legal cruelty case, but now I’m safe and ready to find a loving forever home.

I’m looking for a special person, ideally a kind retired individual, who has experience with rescue dogs and can give me the care and love I deserve. No small kids, please—I need a peaceful place to heal and thrive.
