Mickey’s story began in a heartbreaking place—trapped inside a wall for weeks, surviving only because a kind-hearted homeless man fed him. When a Good Samaritan finally freed him, they reached out to our rescue for help.

At first, we believed Mickey would find a forever home, but he quickly showed us that he had a special role to play. Mickey became an incredible mentor to our new rescues, teaching them patience, tolerance, and how to get along with cats. He loves playing with them, comforting them, and showing them the ropes of rescue life.

It didn’t take long for us to realize—Mickey wasn’t going anywhere. He’s now a permanent, beloved member of our rescue family! 💕
