We are a charitable, non–profit animal welfare organization recognized under ins laws of the State of Florida, has NO salaried Employees and is a 501 (C) (3) .

This application will advise prospective Adopters in Collier County or South Lee County of our requirements for adoption and to determine if there is a good “fit” in the home for our animal and the prospective family.

We require that your new Pet be an indoor Pet. NO CHAINING OR TYING AN ANIMAL OUTSIDE WITHOUT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES, appropriate indoor crating if needed, appropriate veterinary care, Rabies vaccinations and others as needed. If this is a Dog, it must be maintained on Heartworm preventative medication.

The adoption FEE usually represents our costs in getting an animal ready for adoption, which may include sterilization, vaccinations and any other veterinary charges. Therefore, the adoption fee may vary on a per animal basis.

An animal adopted from us CANNOT be sold, given away, turned into a pound or abandoned. If it is lost or killed. the Adopter MUST advise us within 5 days. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANNOT KEEP THE ANIMAL “CALL US” WE WILL TAKE THE ANIMAL BACK.

THE ANIMAL MUST BE STERILIZED if for some reason it is not already.
