About Max’s Ark Rescue
Welcome to Max’s Ark Rescue. These two Schnauzers, Max and Sam, were my first rescues, and they gave me the inspiration to begin this journey. To date, Max’s Ark Rescue has rescued and re-homed over 1876 pets. Max died in 2022 and my beloved Sam just passed away in February, 2024.
Our dedicated team of volunteers are committed to rescuing animals from puppy mills and breeders. Many of these animals have spent their lives in confinement, lacking proper socialization and human interaction, making them challenging to adopt out.
At Max’s Ark Rescue, we provide these animals with the love, care, and attention they deserve. Our volunteers work tirelessly to socialize them, address their medical needs, and prepare them for their forever homes.
As a small organization, our resources are limited, which is why we rely on the generosity of donors like you. Your support enables us to cover essential expenses such as spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, dental care, and heartworm testing.
